Meet Our Team Leaders
In 1973 I started my dental hygiene career. The last 19 years have been with Dr. Hunt. I knew I’d found my dental “home” when I stepped through the door the first time.
The caring relationships with the patients and staff are what I love about Personal Care Dentistry. For the last 5 years I’ve been working as the clinic administrator and I’m learning a lot!
In my spare time I like to golf, read, travel, work out and spend time with my family & friends.
Hi! My name is Kim and I am one of 8 hygienists at Personal Care Dentistry! I have had the opportunity to grow through the years with this dental practice and establish friendships with patients and staff. Many challenges and situations arise on any given work day, but it is very rewarding to know that as a “team” we strive to provide the best dental care for each patient in a kind and caring way! We want to put a SMILE in each person’s day!
My dental background began in Germany. I volunteered as a dental assistant through the American Red Cross. I worked in a small military dental clinic for 18 months. After we moved to Pennsylvania, I was hired as a receptionist and administrative assistant. I worked in that position for 3 years before returning to Minnesota. I decided to pursue my new career as a Dental Receptionist. I knew from the moment I met Dr. Hunt and his staff that we were a perfect match. I’ve been at Personal Care Dentistry for 11 years, the past 3 as the Team leader of the front desk. I enjoy meeting new patients, getting acquainted and creating a lasting bond.
I love the outdoors, hiking, camping and ice fishing with my husband. Northern Minnesota is the best place to relax and escape, even in the winter!
Hi, my name is Tiffanie Apple, I am a Licensed Dental Assistant and the Dental Assisting Team Leader at Personal Care Dentistry. I graduated from Century College in 2005. I have been a part of Personal Care Dentistry for 5 years now and can honestly call them my second family. I treasure the relationships I have acquired here at Personal Care and love the opportunity to have one-on-one interaction with our patients. I can definitely say I have made the right decision in my career, and Personal Care Dentistry has helped me realize that.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and daughter. We love to camp, fish, go on boat rides, pretty much anything that has to do with being outside.
